Lilac Acres

Additional Information​

• Lilac Acres is equipped with a full bar and liquor license. Please inquire about bar packages. 

• Lilac Acres will provide all the tables and chairs necessary for your reception

• Linens will need to be provided by the guest or we offer white linens for a fee.  Please ask for prices.  

• Last Call for the bar will be at 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.  Everything and everyone out by midnight.

• Last Call for the bar will be at 10:30pm on Sundays.  Everything and everyone out by 11:00pm.

• Hosts are responsible for all vendors of their choice.  

• All chosen vendors must be insured and provide insurance to Lilac Acres

• Any chosen caterer must provide servers for cleanup (no drop and go catering)

• Holiday weekend pricing differs from above. Please inquire about holiday weekends.

Lilac Acres requires a 50% deposit check along with a signed agreement to reserve an event date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to the event by cash, certified bank check, or cashiers check. Rental rates are final once the agreement is signed. All other rates are subject to change per market pricing.
